Yoga
Yoga classes are available to book at Sea Vista with Yin & Hatha trained teacher Hannah Laraway.
YOGA FLOW CLASS: Enjoy a flow of asanas in a rhythmic sequence or ‘flow’ whilst connecting breath & movement accompanied by music. This class will improve flexibility, build strength & calm the mind.
RESTORATIVE CLASS: In our restorative yoga practice we explore 5 to 6 poses. This class is slower paced allowing the body to open up naturally through passive stretching. A restorative practice calms the nervous system, relieves tension, and stress & quietens the mind.
Historical
Situated along the shores of Lough Swilly Fort Dunree offers a majestic view of the shoreline. If you enjoy learning about military memorabilia and days gone by, this is an ideal spot to observe.

Golf can be arranged in our nearby North West golf course, or a shorter course in Buncrana town. World renowned Links course Ballyliffen Golf Club has 2 courses- the Old Links course and the Glashedy course which are 25 mins drive away and bookings can be arranged.
Nature
For nature lovers, Inch wildlife reserve is nearby with a great variety of wildfowl and wading birds. For birdwatching and for hillwalkers there is a great selection of hill walks a short distance away. Wild Ireland offers a unique wild animal sanctuary for animals which have been exploited and abused in circuses, roadside zoos, illegal pet trade and laboratories. You can even take a walk on the Wild Alpaca Way with scheduled walks 3 times a day, you can explore the hills of Donegal with an Alpaca to show you the way.
Fishing
Inishowen also has alot to offer for anglers from sea angling to fresh water fishing for Salmon or Trout. During the Summer months Lough Swilly is one of the most renowned places in Ireland for Tope fishing. Lake fishing is also available at nearby Fullerton reservoir were permits and boats are available for daily hire.
Horseriding

Walking Tours
NorthWest Hiking and Hill Walking tours is based towards the northern end of The Wild Atlantic way, on the rugged coast of the Inishowen peninsula in County Donegal. Along the way visit landmarks such as the Urris lakes situated 417 metres above the tide, the WWII Wellington bomber crash site, the idyllic Mamore Gap and finally Raghtin Mór all the while encompassing breathtaking views of Lough Swilly, Malin Head, Mulroy Bay and Tory island.
